Membership Terms & Conditions
Symmetry Shrewsbury Aesthetics & Wellbeing Clinic
These terms apply to the Confidence, Radiance and Signature memberships. By joining a membership, you agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
KEY MEMBERSHIP TERMS
3-MONTH MINIMUM TERM
Memberships have an initial minimum term of 3 months.
30 DAYS' NOTICE
Cancel anytime after your minimum with 30 days' notice.
6 MONTHS TO USE REMAINING CREDIT
Use any remaining credit for up to 6 months after membership ends.
CREDIT IS
NON-REFUNDABLE
Treatment credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
BENEFITS END ON CANCELLATION
Membership discounts and perks end when your membership ends.
1. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS AND CREDIT
Your chosen monthly membership fee (£50, £100 or £150) is collected by Direct Debit and the equivalent amount is added to your treatment credit. Treatment credit may be used towards eligible treatments at Symmetry Shrewsbury, subject to consultation and clinical suitability.
2. MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP TERM
Memberships have an initial minimum term of 3 months. After the minimum term, your membership will continue on a monthly basis until cancelled.
3. CANCELLATION
Following the initial 3-month term, you may cancel your membership by providing 30 days' notice. Cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank does not remove responsibility for any membership payment already due under these terms.
4. YOUR REMAINING CREDIT
Treatment credit already paid for is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you cancel your membership, any remaining treatment credit may be used towards eligible treatments for 6 months from your membership end date. Any unused credit remaining after this period will expire, subject to your statutory rights.
5. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AFTER CANCELLATION
Membership discounts, complimentary additions, member offers and other membership benefits are available only while your membership is active. Once your membership ends, you may continue to spend remaining valid treatment credit, but membership discounts and benefits will no longer apply.
6. MEMBER DISCOUNTS
Radiance members receive 10% off additional eligible treatment spend and Signature members receive 15% off additional eligible treatment spend. Discounts apply only to eligible spend above available membership credit, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, promotions or special offers unless stated otherwise. Certain treatments or products may be excluded.
7. COMPLIMENTARY DERMALUX
Where included as a membership benefit, complimentary Dermalux LED is available alongside clinically suitable qualifying treatments and is subject to availability. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another treatment.
8. MEMBER OFFERS & BIRTHDAY BENEFITS
Member offers and birthday benefits may vary and are subject to availability. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
9. TREATMENT SUITABILITY
Membership does not guarantee suitability for any particular treatment. All treatments remain subject to consultation, clinical assessment, contraindications and professional judgement. Where a treatment is unsuitable, alternative eligible options can be discussed.
10. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Normal clinic booking and cancellation policies continue to apply to appointments booked using membership credit.
11. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a membership payment fails or is cancelled while payment remains due, membership benefits may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
12. PERSONAL USE
Memberships, treatment credit and membership benefits are for the named member only and are non-transferable.
13. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIPS
Symmetry Shrewsbury may occasionally update membership benefits, eligible treatments or these terms. Existing members will be given reasonable notice of any material changes that affect their membership.
14. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
