Map My Mole is a digital mole review service offering a convenient way to have an individual mole or skin lesion of concern reviewed by a UK Consultant Dermatologist.
Using a specialist dermatoscope, I capture high-quality images of the lesion in clinic and securely submit them through the Map My Mole service. You and I will then receive a Consultant Dermatologist report on the lesion of concern.
DERMOSCOPIC IMAGING
High-quality images of your mole or skin lesion are captured in clinic using a specialist smartphone dermatoscope.
CONSULTANT DERMATOLOGIST REVIEW
Your images are securely submitted through Map My Mole for review by a UK Consultant Dermatologist.
DERMATOLOGIST REPORT
You and I will receive a Consultant Dermatologist report on the lesion of concern, helping guide whether further assessment or treatment is appropriate.

HOW MANY MOLES CAN I HAVE REVIEWED?
You can have a single mole or skin lesion of concern reviewed, with additional lesions submitted during the same appointment if required.

Each additional lesion is individually photographed and submitted for Consultant Dermatologist review.

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. CONSULTATION
I'll discuss the mole or skin lesion you're concerned about and gather the information required for your submission.

2. DERMOSCOPIC IMAGING
Using the Map My Mole dermatoscope, I will capture high-quality images of the lesion.

3. CONSULTANT DERMATOLOGIST REVIEW
The images are securely submitted through Map My Mole for review by a UK Consultant Dermatologist.

4. YOUR REPORT
A Consultant Dermatologist report on the lesion of concern will be sent to both you and me.

✓ Map My Mole is a digital review service for individual moles or skin lesions of concern and is not a full-body mole mapping service.

✓ Each submitted lesion is reviewed by a UK Consultant Dermatologist.
​
✓ A Consultant Dermatologist report is provided to both you and me following the review.

✓ Where further medical assessment or investigation is recommended, I will explain the appropriate next steps.
​
✓ If you have a new, changing or concerning lesion, you should not delay seeking appropriate medical advice.
