Terms & Conditions.
Please be aware by booking an appointment with Symmetry Shrewsbury Permanent Makeup & Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
All treatments except consultations (which require full £15 payment), require a 25% non refundable deposit, which can be paid once your appointment has been made via online booking system, or payment link sent by Symmetry Shrewsbury. Deposit needs to be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure appointment.
Deposits are non refundable: you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking, if done so with 48hrs notice.
Please fill in all documentation sent with your confirmation and submit, at the latest 48 hours before appointment, so that any information that may affect your appointment going ahead, can be discussed and if appointment is not recommended, your refund will be returned.
If your information is received after the 48 hour notice and the information leads to your appointment not being recommended, then your deposit is non refundable.
I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, as this impact the rest of the day. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to proceed with your treatment, therefore the non refundable deposit will apply and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
If you fail to attend your appointment and have not contacted us to let us know you need to reschedule, you deposit will be non refundable and non transferable. Clients who do not show up for appointments or do not give 48 hours notice, cost us a huge amount of revenue and business expenses.
